Investor Inquiries

Westwoods is also being developed with the support of a small number of aligned private investors who understand land-based projects, long-term timelines, and regenerative development.

Investment opportunities are available for individuals and groups interested in contributing $10,000 to $1,000,000+, subject to fit, capacity, and alignment with the project’s values and structure.

To ensure thoughtful stewardship of the land and responsible capital partnerships, all investment interest is reviewed by application only.

How the Investor Process Works

  1. Submit an Investor Application
    Interested parties complete a short application outlining background, interest, and investment range.

  2. Initial Review
    Applications are reviewed to assess alignment, credibility, and capacity.

  3. Confidential Disclosure
    Selected applicants will be invited to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

  4. Detailed Information Shared
    Upon execution of an NDA, qualified applicants will receive detailed financials, projections, and proposed investment structures.

  5. Conversation & Fit Assessment
    Investment decisions are made collaboratively, with a focus on long-term alignment rather than speed.
