Funding Milestones
As of January 2026, Westwoods has secured $1,350,000 in traditional financing and in equity investment. The project is currently raising $3,114,000 to fund Phases 1 through 5 of the Westwoods development. This raise represents the most significant capital deployment within the long-term plan and is designed to support initial development, early operations, and the transition to revenue generation shortly after taking possession. A phased capital strategy has been intentionally structured to support disciplined execution and operational stability.
Phase 1 — Farm Establishment & Planning
$500,000
Supports the foundational work required to bring Westwoods into active agricultural use. This phase includes farm planning, soil testing, early land preparation, initial crop planting, agricultural infrastructure, professional fees, and early operating costs necessary to establish the farm and prepare the site for future development.
Phase 2 — Land Servicing & Infrastructure
$1,250,000
Supports land servicing and core infrastructure required for both farm operations and future hospitality use. This phase includes access roads, utilities, water and septic systems, site preparation for designated build areas, and supporting infrastructure needed to safely and responsibly develop the property.
Phase 3 — Cabins & Initial Guest Facilities
$554,000
Supports the construction of the first cabins and essential guest facilities required to begin limited operations. This phase marks the transition from development to early revenue generation while maintaining a low-impact, phased build approach.
Phase 4 — Wellness Amenities & Programming
$350,000
Supports the development of initial wellness amenities and programming, including on-site wellness infrastructure, equipment, and operational setup to expand the guest experience and introduce wellness-based offerings alongside the farm stay.
Phase 5 — Launch, Operations & Stabilization
$460,000
Supports staffing, marketing, working capital, and operational stabilization following opening. This phase ensures the business is adequately resourced to operate sustainably, refine systems, and prepare for long-term growth.
In the unlikely event the project does not proceed, pledged funds will be returned in accordance with the pledge terms.
Any private investment arrangements, if entered into, will be governed by their own legal agreements.
