Investor Inquiries
Westwoods is also being developed with the support of a small number of aligned private investors who understand land-based projects, long-term timelines, and regenerative development.
Westwoods may explore private capital partnerships with a small number of aligned individuals or groups, subject to fit, capacity, and regulatory requirements.
To ensure thoughtful stewardship of the land and responsible capital partnerships, all investment interest is reviewed by application only.
How the Investor Process Works
1. Investor Application
Interested parties complete a short application outlining their background, interest in the project, and intended investment range. Submitting an application does not obligate you to invest.
2. Initial Review
All applications are reviewed to assess alignment with the project’s values, long-term vision, and overall fit.
3. Advisory Board Review
Qualified applications are reviewed internally with input from our Advisory Board to ensure alignment, capacity, and long-term partnership fit.
4. Confidential Disclosure
Selected applicants are invited to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
5. Access to Detailed Information
Upon execution of an NDA, selected applicants may be invited into further discussions regarding potential private capital participation, subject to legal structure, suitability, and regulatory compliance.
6. Conversation & Q&A
After reviewing the materials, applicants will be invited to a phone or Zoom conversation to connect face-to-face. This is an opportunity to ask questions, explore investment options, and discuss fit directly with Layne O’Donnell, Founder, with involvement from members of the Advisory Board as appropriate.
7. Thoughtful Decision-Making
All investment structures are navigated with the support of legal and financial advisors. Investment decisions are made collaboratively and intentionally, prioritizing transparency, alignment, and responsible capital deployment — never pressure or speed.
Important note:
Westwoods is a pre-development project. Pledges are not investments, do not represent equity, and do not guarantee financial return.
The project is currently in early-stage planning and due diligence. Any future equity opportunities, if offered, will be structured separately and shared privately with qualified parties.
