Westwood Farmhouse

FLAGSHIP PROJECT

SQUAMISH B.C. Canada

Overview

The flagship destination of The FoundHer Project

Westwoods is a future regenerative farmhouse retreat and wellness destination located in British Columbia, designed to become the cornerstone of The FoundHer Project’s hospitality portfolio. The property is uniquely suited for a women-led wellness brand: abundant nature, strong tourism demand, year-round access, and a community deeply aligned with outdoor living and health.

Westwoods blends wellness, agriculture, and boutique hospitality into a single, fully integrated experience. The project is strategically designed to begin generating revenue early while laying the foundation for long-term expansion.

What Westwoods Will Be

A Farmhouse-Forward Wellness Retreat

Westwoods is built around the concept of an active, working farm paired with thermal wellness. Guests move between saunas, cold plunges, farm pathways, cabins, and community spaces — all intentionally designed to be calming, grounding, and connected to the land.

Regenerative Land Stewardship

The project prioritizes ecological restoration, soil rebuilding, forest health, food production, and wildlife-safe pathways. Agriculture is not an “add-on” — it is core to the identity and sustainability model of the property.

Cabin Accommodations & Hospitality

Boutique modular cabins will provide warm, farmhouse-inspired overnight stays. Interiors are natural, minimal, and comforting — a balance of Scandinavian simplicity and rural charm.

Year-Round Thermal Spa

The spa will be the first anchor amenity: outdoor saunas, cold immersions, relaxation decks, fire elements, and quiet zones. This becomes the primary early-revenue generator and the signature experience of the brand.

Food, Community & Seasonal Programming

The property will include:
• a farmstand café serving produce grown on-site
• seasonal markets and harvest dinners
• culinary workshops
• daily movement classes (yoga, Pilates, breathwork)
• creative retreats & community gatherings

Westwoods is planned for a region in British Columbia known globally for its dramatic natural landscape — mountains, rivers, forests, ocean proximity — and for being one of the most active outdoor recreation corridors in Canada. Few places blend four-season access, tourism demand, and breathtaking scenery the way this area does.

The location sits 70 minutes from downtown Vancouver and approximately 1.5 hours from Vancouver International Airport, making it an exceptionally accessible destination for both local guests and international travelers seeking a nature-based wellness escape.

The area has become a magnet for 20–40 year olds, young families, entrepreneurs, and remote workers, driving rapid population growth and increasing demand for recreation, wellness, culture, and elevated third spaces.

Despite this demand, the region lacks:

• upscale wellness and recovery facilities
• accessible, community-first “third places”
• family-friendly wellness programming
• country-club-style amenities that aren’t exclusive or expensive
• modern movement spaces and indoor recreation options
• farm-anchored food + experience destinations

Westwoods fills this gap by creating a wellness-driven community hub — part spa, part farm, part retreat, part recreation — designed for locals, families, and travelers alike.

This location offers:

• year-round visitation
• highly engaged, health-oriented residents
• strong tourism growth
• cultural alignment with outdoor wellness
• proximity to major population centers
• exceptional land aesthetics and vistas
• stable operating seasons (not reliant on one climate or activity)

All of this makes the region ideal for Westwoods as the flagship of The FoundHer Project:
operational stability, strong revenue potential, community relevance, and an unmistakable alignment with the land and culture around it.

Why the Location Matters

Wellness is the foundation, not the amenity.
Every design decision — from the farm layout to the sauna wood — is made to support physical and emotional health.

  1. Profit with purpose.
This isn’t a passion project. It’s a sustainable business model with projected 25%+ EBITDA margins after the first operational year and scalable replication potential.

  2. Built for longevity, not burnout.
Preventive wellness — not recovery from overwork — drives everything we do.

  3. Designed by and for women.
Westwood’s leadership team represents the people who actually use these spaces. It’s proof that women don’t just operate wellness businesses — they can own them, too.

What Makes Westwood Different

Our Long-Term Goal

By 2031, Westwood will stand as the flagship property that anchors The FoundHer Project’s $100M portfolio — a tangible example of how investing in female founders, regenerative farming, and wellness tourism can deliver both cultural and financial returns.

Westwood will show that doing good and doing well aren’t opposites — they’re the same strategy, executed with intention.

(including CA $1.4 million for land acquisition, CA $2 million for the FoundHer HQ build, and CA $6 million for infrastructure, cabins, spa, farm, and operations).

Once permits for a temporary cold plunge & sauna are approved, we will open that revenue stream to help fund the ongoing projects.

  • Phase 2 (2027–2028): Add 10–15 guest cabins, the farm-to-table café, and wellness barn.

  • Phase 3 (2029–2031): Complete the country-club elements — pickleball courts, event spaces, and long-term farm integration.
