The FoundHer Project is an emerging global hospitality and investment company on a mission to redefine wellness ownership.
We’re building a new model where women design, co-own, and operate world-class wellness destinations — from studios and retreats to spas and hotels.
The project was founded in Squamish, BC, following the success of a small-scale, female-funded wellness studio that proved how profitable and transformative intentional wellness spaces can be.
Wellness is booming
— the global wellness economy is valued at $5.6 trillion — but ownership hasn’t evolved with it.
95% of wellness businesses are run by women, yet fewer than 2% are owned by them.
At the same time, less than 3% of global venture funding reaches women-led businesses, making real estate and hospitality ownership nearly impossible without outside support.
As corporate groups and franchise brands expand, authentic, founder-led wellness is disappearing.
The FoundHer Project exists to change that — bridging capital, expertise, and ownership to ensure women are not just operating the industry, but owning it.
We’re building the foundation for a $100 million global wellness portfolio, starting with:
Flagship Development: Squamish, BC — a multi-phase wellness destination combining spa, lodging, and recreation.
First International Property: Bali — a co-owned retreat featuring wellness accommodations, sauna & plunge facilities, and longevity programs.
Each location follows the FoundHer co-ownership model:
The FoundHer Project provides the funding, structure, and brand systems.
The Local Female Founder leads operations, culture, and community.
Together, we’re creating a scalable, investable network of women-led wellness destinations under one unified standard and aesthetic.
We’re in active development now.
2025: Land acquisition and capital raise for Squamish flagship.
2026: Launch of FoundHer Fund and Bali acquisition.
2027–2030: Expansion to five international destinations.
Our long-term vision is to build and co-own 50+ female-founded wellness properties worldwide by 2035 — redefining what it means to invest in wellness.
